Pioneer Athletics Featured in USA Today® Article
Cleveland, OH, December 20, 2007—Pioneer Athletics is making national headlines courtesy of USA Today Special Interest writer, Lee Feinswog. The article, which ran in the December 20th edition of the paper, focused on Pioneer’s involvement with the college football bowl season and the amount of blood, sweat and tears it takes to create the bold stencils and bright paints that will adorn four athletic fields for six nationally broadcasted bowl games over the next few weeks.
The article also brought attention to the Superdome and their daunting task of applying and removing paint for four bowl games in two weeks. Pioneer’s Project Manager Chris Fiore and Superdome Director of Engineering and Operations, Randy Phillipson, each offered quotes for the article, which included much praise from Phillipson.
