We have received a number of inquiries about the application rate for disinfecting artificial turf fields with Titan Turf Gard. Titan Turf Gard is reduced for application at the rate of two (2) ounces per gallon of water. One gallon of T.T.G. makes 65 gallons of ready-to-use product. One five (5) gallon pail makes 325 gallons of ready-to-use product.

We recommend that boom sprayers be set for an application rate of 4 to 4.5 gallons of solution per 1000 square feet. An average football field, including sidelines and end-zones is approximately 74,000 square feet. Therefore, one pail of Titan Turf Gard, diluted per label directions, should be used for each application.
